At the center we offer many educational tools. These are provided for easy learning and will assist you as you discover new ways to use your powerful mind more effectively.
CLASSES
We offer group learning that is experiential and includes printed materials and CD processes to enhance your at home practice. In the future you will find the dates of these classes as well as the topics to be explored on the classes page. You will want to check this page often as changes will be made frequently and space is limited.
FREE TALKS
You can hear us speak at places like the Rutland Free Library. Library schedule of events
We cover a wide variety of subjects, and are open to your requests. Our informative talks generally last about an hour and are also experiential. There is no fee and it's are a great way to learn about how we can help you feel better and be happier. Each talk is introductory and a follow up class will be offered for more in depth study.

IMAGERY AND HYPNOSIS CD'S FOR PURCHASE
We are offering CD processes for the enhancement of your accelerated learning and habit change goals. New titles will continually appear on this page as I create new CD's from my personal studio. The special music behind these audio's has been designed to lead the mind into the relaxed state of alpha brain wave with no effort at all. Simply put on your headphones and let the CD process do the work for you. The more you listen to a process the more effective it becomes. We think you will enjoy building your own CD library for a variety of needs.
